exhaustion
well that´s proly nothing i can complain about regarding the fact that i am surrounded by overworked people (who seem to be proud of it…), but i have to admit that after 30 days of straight 16h/day work i begin to feel exhausted.
it starts with a certain lack of concentration that blends into sleeplessness, followed by a total lack of creativity that finally ends up in being “someone else”.
if you feel this you proly should work less.
i am also pretty sure that stress kills brain cells.
